You can never get sick of this green stuff. Its a nutritional power house. 1/2 a cup will provide 2gm of protein, 14gm of fat and 8gm of fibre. I must also mention that the fat content is high BUT its most good monounsaturated fat which your body loves.
1 avocado, smashed
Squeeze of lemon juice
Salt and pepper
- add everything into a bowl and smash with a fork.
- place into a glass air tight container. It should stay fresh for 2 days.
- lovely with chopped vege sticks, used as a salad dressing, topped onto streamed vegetables, nachos or used as a dip…..the options are endless.
