An amazing way to tick off some fruit and vege count. Coconut is super hydrating so a great way to water your body so to speak. By adding some protein you turn it more into a meal. If having as a pick me up snack then you can omit. I love smoothies they are a greta way to add nutrition to your diet but are light and easy on your digestion.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of chopped pineapple, no core

  • 1 Cup of Mint leaves

  • 1/2 a small cucumber, chopped

  • 1/2 a zucchini, chopped

  • 2 Cups of Coconut Water

  • 2 scoops of Gelpro Collagen Protein (optional)

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and whizz till smooth.

Notes

  • Place left overs in a glass jar with lid into the fridge and consume within 24hrs.
