Hydrating Green Smoothie
An amazing way to tick off some fruit and vege count. Coconut is super hydrating so a great way to water your body so to speak. By adding some protein you turn it more into a meal. If having as a pick me up snack then you can omit. I love smoothies they are a greta way to add nutrition to your diet but are light and easy on your digestion.
1 Cup of chopped pineapple, no core
1 Cup of Mint leaves
1/2 a small cucumber, chopped
1/2 a zucchini, chopped
2 Cups of Coconut Water
2 scoops of Gelpro Collagen Protein (optional)
- Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and whizz till smooth.
- Place left overs in a glass jar with lid into the fridge and consume within 24hrs.
